These natural variations are part of the character of the jewelry and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

In stock items are generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or applicable holidays.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guarantees. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Jewelry naturally experiences wear over time. Gold plating and other finishes may gradually wear depending on frequency of use, exposure to moisture, chemicals, cosmetics, perspiration, storage conditions, and individual wear habits.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, jewelry should be protected from unnecessary exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, household chemicals, cleaning products, and other substances that may affect gemstones, metals, plating, or finishes.

Normal wear, scratches, tarnishing, or gradual changes to plating or finish are not necessarily manufacturing defects.
